14-day withdrawal right

Consumers in the EU generally have 14 days after receiving eligible goods to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Notify Norvex by emailing adrielsilvanz@gmail.com with your order number and a clear withdrawal statement within this period.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact support for return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send goods to our administrative address without confirmation. Customers bear direct return postage costs unless otherwise agreed or the law requires otherwise. Return costs depend on the parcel, carrier and origin.

We will reimburse eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law, using the original payment method, without undue delay and generally within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of their return. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect goods.

Exceptions can apply to customised goods and certain unsealed hygiene products. These do not remove statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed items.
