Norvex operates https://norvexofficial.com. Product characteristics, prices and availability appear on product pages. The total payable, accepted payment methods, taxes and shipping charges are displayed before checkout confirmation.

We process orders after payment authorisation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide any refund due. Shipping destinations, costs and estimates are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

EU consumers retain applicable cancellation rights and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
